I apologise your children did not enjoy themselves, we have many different sections in our play area including a ball shooting area slides ( and a drop slide) as well as a football pitch area a stage and our famous bouncy volcano area.I apologise you feel that your time at Partyman was not great value for money. I'd had enough so after 1 hour and paying £16 we left.. which was harsh on my 4 year old because she was loving the bigger part of your area.. Now I know the parents should've done more with those kids but where oh where were the staff keeping an eye on food in play areas (as you know the under 3 part isn't big to search for kids with food) & why weren't they regally checking who should or shouldn't be in certain areas? !Kind RegardsPartyman Guest Relations Team. Sold by you and as you can imagine there where dripping everywhere all over the floor, slide & ball pit, so even though it wasn't our child my partner started to clear up after them with tissues, by which time we'd had enough as my little girl's clothes were covered in orange juice from the lolly (which we had to go soak so it didn't stain), so we went and grabbed a staff member and I went to find these kids parents, one of the dads apologised and said the girl snuck away with the lolly and the staff member cleared all the kids out and cleaned it all.After it was ok to go back in that same girl came back in with a bottled drink which was dripping everywhere again (must've snuck away with that too) and to top it off two 5+ year olds went in after and started throwing the toys in there and a member of staff who was cleaning spotted them and just said "be careful don't throw them" and did they listen?
