Every year, we celebrate the achievements and training of our chief residents and fellows at the end of their training. As part of a world-class academic institution, residents in the Weill Cornell and Columbia University Combined Divisions of Plastic Surgery are required to pursue independent clinical or basic science research during their time in the program.
